Booking conditions
Each tour in your basket has its own date, language, participants and option. Check those details before paying. A basket is not a seat reservation; availability is checked again when payment begins.
The option without tickets excludes admission tickets. An option with tickets includes only the admissions listed for that option. Private options provide a dedicated guide and vehicle for your group. Meals and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly listed.
A booking is confirmed after successful payment and a reservation reference is issued. Online payment is processed by PayPal in EUR. Prices and exact inclusions must be displayed before payment; an option awaiting a price cannot be paid online.
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the stated departure time, in Lisbon local time. Request cancellation by email or WhatsApp with your reference. For requests within 48 hours, contact our team before assuming a refund is available.
Pickup details are arranged with our team. Tell us about mobility needs or requests before booking so we can confirm suitability. Routes may need adjustment for weather, access restrictions or operating conditions. If Zoom Travel cannot operate your booked tour, our team will discuss rescheduling or a refund.
